Danielle Graddick, Psy.D.

Dr. Graddick is a Clinical Psychologist who is licensed in New Jersey and New York. Dr. Graddick earned her doctoral degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology at Wright State University’s School of Professional Psychology in 2019. She earned her master’s degree (M.A.) in Forensic Psychology at The George Washington University in 2014.

Prior to joining WEPC, Dr. Graddick completed her APA-accredited internship at one of the most prestigious forensic internship programs in the country, NYU/Bellevue Hospital Center. At Bellevue, Dr. Graddick successfully completed rotations in adult and child/adolescent psychiatric emergency rooms, the chemical dependency outpatient program, mobile crisis unit, and prison ward. Dr. Graddick provided crisis interventions and individual therapy on the outpatient level for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Graddick also conducted evaluations of competency to stand trial, violence risk assessments, and other forensic evaluations to assist the Court at Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center.

Dr. Graddick specializes in conducting clinical and forensic evaluations for children, adults, couples, or families. She conducts parental capacity/fitness, substance abuse, and cognitive evaluations, as well as risk assessments for individuals involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P). Dr. Graddick also provides evaluations for self-referred or Court-mandated individuals who struggle with cognitive deficits, adjustment/mood disorders, anger or impulse control difficulties, psychosis, or substance abuse disorders.

Lastly, Dr. Graddick enjoys providing treatment services including individual therapy, reunification therapy, and therapeutic supervised visitation. Dr. Graddick utilizes a therapeutic framework that is rooted in authenticity, warmth, and cultural sensitivity. She has extensive training in trauma-focused treatment and strives to maintain a culturally-humble approach to her work.
