Fees and Insurance
Although we do not accept insurance directly, some insurance policies provide out-of-network benefits that may partially cover the cost of services. If you are interested in insurance covering the cost of services, please contact your insurance carrier prior to our first meeting.

Mark Singer, Ed.D.
Dr. Mark Singer is a retired Police Sergeant from the West Orange Police Department. Dr. Singer has been a licensed psychologist in New Jersey since 1999 and performs evaluations and provides treatment in several areas, including child abuse/neglect cases, child custody cases, and parental capacity cases.
Elizabeth Stilwell, Psy.D.
Dr. Stilwell is a licensed psychologist in New York and New Jersey. She obtained her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from William James College in 2015 and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University in 2010.
